Cudahy, WI—Pork processor Patrick Cudahy, Inc., has announced the retirement of President/COO Roger Kapella, effective June 1. he will be succeeded by Senior VP William Otis. Kapella, who had been president of the company since 1986, will remain chairman until the end of the year.
