How do you celebrate the 20TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE MACINTOSH COMPUTER? Create a commemorative macaroni and cheese recipe, of course. At least that's the idea Macworld magazine had when it asked Alton Brown, host of the Food Network's “Good Eats,” to do just that.
What Brown came up with is Apple Macaroni and Cheese, which, according to Macworld editors, is “a tasty, sweet and savory combination of sautèed apples and Gorgonzola, Cheddar and Parmesan cheese.”
