2 tsps. paprika
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. coriander
1 Tbsp. chili ground
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. apple pie spice
1/2 tsp. fresh ground black pepper

  1. Mix all ingredients together thouroghly. Put in airtight container for storage. A great basic rub for beef, chicken or pork just rub a generous amount on meat prior to grilling and enjoy.
