“Any time I can highlight fruits and vegetables using a term like ‘superfood,’ it has a certain attraction for kids and adults alike,” says Jason Hull, foodservice director, executive chef and newly minted cookbook author of Marin Country Day School in California. “And if that will help them to try it and hopefully like it, that’s a win! And they do. It all has to do with helping people make healthy choices while eating. It’s that simple.”
