Ingredients
1 strawberry, crushed
¾ oz. lemon juice
1 oz. buckwheat honey
1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
2 oz. club soda or seltzer
Whole strawberry, for garnish
Steps
In cocktail mixing glass, muddle strawberry with lemon juice and honey. Top with ice and shake vigorously.
Add club soda and strain into iced glass. Garnish with a whole strawberry
