Having a hometown chef is a big win for Sodexo’s culinary team at the University of Michigan’s catering operation, which serves the largest stadium in the country, with seating for over 107,000. Executive Chef Don Feldkamp hails from Ann Arbor, and he’s worked with Wolverine athletics to create an exciting mix of menu items for each game this season.
