The Ohio Department of Natural Resources has contracted out dining services with soon-to-be-former Ohio University Executive Chef Matt Rapposelli, reports the Athens News. The facility, which does not offer on-premise lodging, will include a full-service restaurant, banquet/meeting room space, a quick-service food area and a bar. Dining operations are expected to start in mid- to late October, depending on construction.
