Binghamton U. brings Indian cuisine onto campus

Moghul Fine Indian Cuisine and Tapas Bar, opened on campus this semester, joining 10 other retail concepts in the Marketplace, the redesigned dining facility that opened last January.

We hosted a Farm to Table dinner in a greenhouse at The Seed Farm for 150 students and guests from five colleges and a hospital in the Lehigh Valley, Pa., area.

An inspection found 30 of 37 food stands at Kauffman Stadium to be in violation of local sanitation codes early this month. The foodservice manager, Aramark, said it was set up by a disgruntled former employee. Both pro teams that play in the stadium came to Aramark’s defense.

Starting Monday, Fairview Hospitals across Minnesota rolled out a new food menu for patients and guests.
