We conducted an online survey to help improve healthy options and the variety of food because our scores on the NACUFS survey were a little baffling in those areas. Our customers were defining “variety” and “healthy” differently than we do. We offered $50 in dining dollars as incentive to participate. The information will be invaluable in how we restructure our dining menus. |
