To draw more associates to the dining center, we invite different community groups to use the space one day a week to show off their special interests. It gives our associates a chance to see community offerings without having to join first and offers a meeting place for the groups. It’s win-win since our associates enjoy coming down when anything out of the ordinary takes place.
