Hospitals employ more employees over the age of 60 than other market segments. While Caucasian (non-Hispanic) employees make up the majority of all market segments’ staffs, hospitals employ the lowest percentage of Caucasian employees. No surprise here, hospitals are significantly more likely than other segments to employ a registered dietitian.
