A to Z Carts

We have carts that have a fruit or vegetable for every letter of the alphabet. For example, C can be cantaloupe or carrots. Everyone always asks what U is, and it’s ugli fruit, which is in season right now. The cart rotates among our elementary schools. The idea is to demonstrate the variety of fresh fruits and vegetables that are available.
