Once a month we pick a theme, decorate and allow the employees to dress up for the day. It has been a a huge morale booster. In July, we did a 1970s theme. We had a historical timeline of the ‘70s and we served homespun versions of foods that were popular or introduced during that era, such as Hamburger Helper and chicken cordon bleu.
