Steam Off

Over the course of the fall semester, we hosted a “Steam Off” barista competition for our 16 coffee shops. A panel of judges rated baristas on customer service, speed and accuracy of making drinks, food safety and creativity. The coffee “bracket” resulted in second- and first-place winners and improved our coffee drinks and service tremendously.
