We do a safety meeting at the first of every month on subjects like hand washing, safety shoes, lifting safely or proper handling of knives. When we have a fire drill and return to the kitchen, every employee lines up to wash her hands. If one tries to slide by the others catch her. This proves that safety meetings make a difference.
