Positive Reinforcement

We believe employees should be recognized for good behavior, so we started Caught in the Act of Being Good. Supervisors “catch” employees doing something that demonstrates teamwork or a caring behavior. That employee is given a card. The person who receives the most cards that month is named employee of the month.
