We are running a series at our action station called "Not all burgers are beef.” We have introduced our own recipes for black bean, salmon, turkey and barley-mushroom burgers. We bundle these burgers with healthy sides, bread choices and drinks to capture the value meal buyer. We also let customers vote on adding an item to the menu. We have had real success in getting folks to try healthier choices. Our recent mushroom-barley burger captured 40% of the lunch business when it was introduced.
