Each month we feature a different style of meatloaf. We’ve done meatloaf Irish-style with potatoes mixed in, Southwest-style with corn, salsa and jalapeños, Hawaiian with pineapple, Greek with tomato, spinach, pine nuts and feta, and Jamaican with spices and mango.
