Our dietitian operates a Gluten Advisory Board, which is made up of all the gluten-free students on campus. At the board’s meetings they test new-to-the-market gluten-free convenience items and make decisions about which we will make available in our gluten-free freezer. Students are introduced to the managers and the managers are responsible for keeping the freezers stocked and ensuring that requests are filled promptly.
