We keep a countertop refrigerator stocked with gluten-free items such as cookies, cereal, waffles, desserts and pre-packaged individual servings of our own gluten-free pasta items. We replaced the generic fridge’s sign with one that says “Gluten Free.” It’s very convenient for the students and is always a big hit with parents when they tour the dining center.
