A group of employees made it easier to fill floor stock orders, accurately complete food orders and train new staff by mapping out our storeroom and walk-in freezer. Our staff color coded the map and then hung color-coded laminated cards in each area showing which items could be found in that area. It is organized, and employees can find items without asking.
