We do a managers’ book club where we share ideas we get after reading books about customer service and leadership. It’s a safe environment where people feel comfortable sharing, and we have grown much stronger as a team. We meet every six weeks during the last hour of the workday. This does take commitment, but it’s important to build these relationships among the staff.
