Randy Sparrow, CDM, has been hired as the system director, food & nutrition Services and environmental services, at ProHealth Care, in Waukesha, Wis. Sparrow now oversees food and environmental services at ProHealth Care’s three hospitals, the corporate headquarters and 19 clinics.
Prior to this, Sparrow had been the director of food and environmental services at Indiana University Health, a 355-bed hospital in Bloomington, Ind. A veteran of more than 30 years in the foodservice industry, he holds a bachelor’s degree in restaurant, hotel and institutional management from Purdue University.
