Landis Homes Retirement Community, in Lititz, Pa., has hired Gregory Ifftt to be its director of dining services, according to a report on lancasteronline.com. Ifftt will oversee all dining venues on the 700-resident campus. Ifftt comes to Landis from Lancaster General Health’s Women and Babies Hospital, where he was associate foodservice director. He has 25 years’ experience in the healthcare foodservice segment. He studied marketing and management at Slippery Rock University.
