Clark Knutson recently joined the dining services team at Bethel University, in St. Paul, Minn., which is managed by Sodexo. Knutson will oversee the campus’s Monson Dining Center, including catering and overseeing employees. According to the university’s press release, “Knutson was impressed with the community and positive work environment present in Bethel’s kitchen.” Previously, Knutson worked in dining services at the University of St. Thomas, also in Minnesota, and owned a restaurant in Minneapolis.
