Q. What do you consider to be your greatest achievement?Assembling an outstanding team of passionate, dedicated school nutrition professionals and working with them to continually expand and improve our program.
Q. If you weren't in foodservice what would you be doing?I'd own my own floral shop and do professional photography. I love flowers and photos.

A month in Italy with my sister and best friend.

I'd love to have dinner with my mother's parents who passed away when I was three.

Seeing the University of Kentucky win the NCAA basketball tournament in person.
