Lone Star College System contracts with Luby's

Luby’s will provide foodservice for the system’s newest location, LSC-University Park, serving more than 3,500 students and faculty. Luby’s Culinary Services will manage foodservice for the recently renovated 4,500-square-foot dining facility, called Luby’s, etc., as well as catering for the 14,000-square-foot Conference Center.

“LSC-University Park is a unique, comprehensive higher education campus,” said LSCS Chancellor Dr. Richard Carpenter. “In addition to LSCS students and a dynamic conference center, LSC-University Park will be home to a university center. Residents will be able to take upper-level and graduate courses from some of the state’s premier universities. “All this makes LSC-University Park a premier facility. For that reason, we are pleased to partner with Luby’s Culinary Services. Luby’s will provide outstanding food preparation and service to our students, faculty and guests.”
