HFM Accepting Entries for Culinary Competition

Five teams of finalists will be selected to compete live at the 2009
HFM Annual Leadership Conference Aug. 25, in Indian Wells, Calif. HFM
will provide free registration to the conference, two nights at the
hotel and a $500 scholarship to the five chef finalists.

To apply for the competition or for complete rules, visit hfm.org or
e-mail an entry to culinary @hfm.org. All entries must be received by
May 1.
