Five stars for new Cabot (Ark.) School District cafeteria

Jan. 17—Students at Cabot High School gave the meals a high rating after three years and $13 million construction project.  The cafeteria, which opened Wednesday, is the second section of the district's Health, Physical Education and Recreation, or HPER, building to open.
