V-B-Q Beef Sandwich

For vegans who are craving that a bit of that barbeque flavor this sandwich delivers with a beef analog, vegan mayo, barecue sauce and coleslaw.

Ingredients

1/8 coleslaw blend
2 tbsp. vegan mayonnaise, or to taste
1 tbsp. seasoned rice vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
4 oz. beef analog
2 oz. barbecue sauce
Crusty bun, such as a Kaiser roll

Methods/Steps

1. Mix first four ingredients and hold for service.

2. Mix together beef analog and barbecue sauce; heat through.

3. Grill the bun using a non stick olive oil spray. Place barbecued beef analog on bum, top with coleslaw.
