Honey, sugar, cream and ricotta cheeses mixed together and layered with fresh fruit in this delightfully fluffy dessert.
1. With an electric mixer, whip ricotta, cream cheese, honey, and sugar until smooth. Blend in 2 tbsp. orange liqueur. Refrigerate until service.
2. Toss fruit with lime juice; add remaining orange liqueur and marinate 30 min.
3. For service, spoon some of fruit mixture into parfait glass or brandy snifter; top with ricotta mixture and more fruit.
