A healthier burger, this version made with turkey is well seasoned and comes out moist. Serve on a bun with all the usual garnishes.
1. In a large bowl, combine eggs, turkey stock, vinegar and olive oil. In a separate bowl, mix together bread crumbs, garlic and herbs. Add dry ingredients to liquid ingredients and mix well.
2. Add ground turkey to bread crumb mixture and combine well. Shape into 12 patties and reserve refrigerated.
3. Per order: season burger with salt and pepper and grill or broil until done. Place on a toasted kaiser roll and garnish with lettuce and sliced tomato, onion and pickle.
