Zesty tropical flavors perk up this version of tuna tartare. Crisp plantain chips are terrific for scooping up the delicious tartare.
1. Combine juice, zest, oil, coconut milk, and jalapeño.
2. Arrange tuna in a bowl, pour marinade over mixture, and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate up to 30 min.
3. Add cilantro, salt, and pepper. Serve in a martini glass with plantain chips, if desired.
