Thai Beef with Rice Noodles, Broccoli & Green Onions

A Thai-inspired noodle dish filled with a fantastic assortment of textures and flavors. Wonderful aromas rise from the serving of beef, noodles and vegetables.

Ingredients

2 1⁄2 tbsp. hoisin sauce
2 tsp. garlic chili paste
1 tsp. lime juice
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1⁄4 tsp. sesame oil
2 tsp. grapeseed oil
12 oz. beef tenderloin, diced
1⁄4 cup chopped Spanish onion
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. minced ginger
2 green onions, cut in 1-in. pieces
1⁄4 cup each red and yellow bell pepper, diced
1 cup broccoli florets
8 oz. spaghetti, cooked
1⁄2 cup mung bean sprouts

Methods/Steps

1. Combine first five ingredients in a small bowl and season to taste with salt and pepper.

2. Add grapeseed oil and beef to hot pan and cook for 5 min., or until browned. Remove beef from pan.

3. Add onion, garlic, ginger, green onions, red and yellow pepper, and broccoli, and cook, stirring constantly, for 3-4 min. or until slightly tender.

4. Add spaghetti, beef, bean sprouts, and hoisin mixture, and stir well. To serve, season to taste with salt and pepper.
