1. Sprinkle duck with chile powder. In a large sauté pan, warm the duck with half of the hoisin sauce and half of the chopped scallions.
2. Fill each warmed taco with duck mixture, cabbage, scallions, red pepper, and cilantro. Serve with hoisin on the side.
