2 lb. sliced, smoked chicken breast
1 red onion, thinly sliced
2 lb. smoked mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
4 oz. lemon mayonnaise
2 bunches arugula
16 pieces of flatbread
1. Per order: Layer one slice of flat bread with arugula and smoked mozzarella. Top with red onions and sliced, smoked chicken breast.
2. Top with second slice of flatbread and serve.
