Pumpkin Trace

Hyatt Regency Vitascope Bar’s Ian Julian uses house-made pumpkin spice syrup for his eggnog, which is liberally laced with Buffalo Trace bourbon and Disaronno.

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz. Buffalo Trace Bourbon
3/4 oz. pumpkin spice syrup
1/4 oz. DiSaronno Amaretto
2 1/2 oz. eggnog 

 

 

Methods/Steps

  1. Build all ingredients into a shaker and shake it with a beat.
  2. Strain into a glass with no ice and top with roasted pumpkin seed as a garnish
