Milk chocolate and brioche bread yield an amazingly decadent bread pudding. Served warm, this is the ultimate sweet and creamy treat.
1. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, cream, and milk. Add vanilla, bread, chocolate, and cherries, and mix well.
2. Pour into buttered baking pan (10 X 14) and bake until firm, about 1 hr.
3. Allow pudding to cool slightly, cut into squares and serve with ginger crème anglaise.
