Aromatic and mouthwatering chicken kebabs are served on a bed of tumeric scented rice. Mint chutney mellows out the flavor of this spicy chicken dish.
1. Combine marinade ingredients and add to chicken pieces. Cover and refrigerate 3-4 hr. or overnight.
2. In a food processor, combine chutney ingredients and mix until combined.
3. Place 3-4 pieces of chicken on a bamboo skewer leaving about 1⁄2 in. between pieces.
4. Grill until done, about 8-10 min. Serve 2 skewers on turmeric scented rice with mint chutney on the side.
