Served over steamed vegetables, grilled fish or roast duck, this tangy-spicy sauce will enliven even the simplest dish.
1. Sauté onions in butter until soft, about 10 min.
2. Stir in flour and curry powder; continue to cook and stir about 3 min.
3. With a whisk, blend in honey and chicken stock; simmer until thickened, about 10 min. Stir in lemon juice and salt.
