Cherries, cucumber, radishes and sugar snap peas tossed with sweet sesame and ginger balsamic vinaigrette.
1. Blanch sugar snap peas in boiling water 1 min.; plunge into ice water to cool. Drain and dry.
2. Add cherries, cucumber, and radishes to sugar snap peas.
3. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour over cherry mixture and toss to coat. Marinate, refrigerated, at least 1 hour.
