Smoked chicken and smoked gouda cheese come together in this hearty salad with Barbecue Vinaigrette Dressing.

Ingredients

16 cups mixed salad greens, washed and dried
2 cups diced smoked chicken
2 cups diced smoked Gouda cheese
1 1⁄2 cups diced, peeled, and seeded cucumbers
1 cup crumbled cooked bacon
2 cups diced tomato
1 1⁄2 cups diced avocado
Barbecue vinaigrette dressing (see note), for service

Note: To make barbecue vinaigrette, combine 1⁄4 cup barbecue sauce with 1 cup prepared vinaigrette dressing.

Methods/Steps

1. Arrange 2 cups of salad greens on each of eight salad plates.

2. Top salad greens with rows of smoked chicken, smoked Gouda, cucumbers,
bacon, tomato, and avocado.

3. Serve with barbecue vinaigrette on the side.
