Multigrain pilaf blend, soymilk, honey, dried cranberries, orange zest and sliced almonds combine to create an innovative take on porridge.
2 lb. multigrain pilaf blend
1 qt. soymilk
1⁄3 cup honey
11⁄2 cups dried cranberries
1 tsp. orange zest
1 cup toasted sliced almonds
1. Combine cooked grain with soymilk, honey, cranberries and orange zest. Mix well.
2. Adjust sweetness to taste. Garnish with toasted almonds.
