Ribeye steaks are dry-rubbed with a thyme, red pepper and ground coffee mixture and allowed to rest for one hour before grilling. Served with a side of coffee infused barbecue sauce.
1. Combine salt, pepper, thyme, red pepper, and ground coffee; rub into steaks. Let stand 1 hr.
2. Meanwhile, combine brewed coffee and remaining ingredients in saucepan; simmer until reduced to 1 cup and slightly thickened.
3. Grill steaks 5 min. per side, or to desired doneness. Serve with coffee sauce.
