This comforting soup uses Potato Pearls, cauliflower and cheddar cheese to create a delicious combination.
3 gal. water
1 cup chicken soup base
3 lb. cauliflower florets
1⁄2 carton Potato Pearls Extra Rich
3 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
White pepper to taste
1. In stockpot, heat water to boiling. Stir in soup base; stir until dissolved.
2. Stir in cauliflower. Simmer for 5 minutes or until tender.
3. Stir in potatoes. Gradually stir in cheese. Season to taste with white pepper. Stir soup before serving.
