The Bramble

Happy Hour at ZuZu goes from 4 to 7 p.m. on weekdays, with wine, beer and signature cocktails going for $3 each. The Bramble is one of six creative handcrafted cocktails on the list that guests can pair with a selection of $5 appetizers. These include mini pork shanks and grilled cheese with tomato soup.

Ingredients

2 oz. gin
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz. simple syrup
Crushed ice
1/2 oz. Crème de Muir (blackberry liqueur)
Whole blackberries and lemon twists, for garnish

Methods/Steps

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and ice. Give it a couple of shakes to mix.
  • Pour mixture into a double rocks glass. Float Crème de Muir on top of drink (for visual effect). Garnish with a blackberry on a pick and a lemon twist.
