Black and white sesame seeds make a good looking crust for these chicken breasts. Rice noodles with a roasted garlic teriyaki sauce make this dish complete.
1. On a large plate, combine the sesame seeds and bread crumbs until completely mixed. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper, dip into egg wash, and then sesame mixture.
2. In a large pan, heat oil until hot but not smoking. Add chicken in batches, sesame side down, and cook the chicken, turning once, for 10-12 min. or until cooked through.
3. Serve with rice noodles dressed in roasted garlic teriyaki sauce and green beans, if desired.
