Smoked salmon gets a kick from a mustard infused cream sauce. The salmon and sauce are served with mixed with fettuccine for a delicious pasta meal.
1. In saucepan over medium-low heat, sauté garlic and tarragon in butter about 1 min.
2. Stir in mustard; add cream. Cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
3. Add salmon and cheese; toss with pasta. Garnish with chopped parsley
