This smoothie recipe allows you to change up the flavor each time, if needed. Featuring Yolato and fruit of your choice, this recipe is great for a build-your-own smoothie option.


4 oz. skim milk
5 oz. fruit of choice
6 oz. Yolato
2 oz. ice


  1. Place skim milk into blender cup.
  2. Add fruit.
  3. Add Yolato.
  4. Add ice.
  5. Place blender top on top of cup.
  6. Turn blender on and blend until mix is frothy and icy. It should be liquefied and you should see ice crystals within mix.
