Whole-Wheat Spaghetti With Turkey Meat Sauce

This pasta is super easy, uses whole-wheat pasta and works well in K-12 cafeterias.

Ingredients

28 lbs. Jennie-O turkey meat sauce
2 1/2 lbs. light mozzarella cheese, shredded
5 lbs. whole-wheat dry spaghetti

Steps

1. Defrost turkey meat sauce and shredded mozzarella in refrigerator. Cook spaghetti in boiling water until almost tender. Rinse and drain.

2. Divide cooked spaghetti into three #200 oblong pans. Divide meat sauce and ½ of cheese over each pan. Blend.

3. Top with remaining grated cheese and bake at 325°F for about 20 mins.

The Arkansas Heart Hospital in Little Rock has unveiled a new, full-time food truck called Food from the Heart. It’s the first hospital-owned and operated food truck in the nation, according to KATV .

In a bid to boost sustainability, Dartmouth Dining Services recently replaced its paper straws with red-and-white paper versions that are biodegradable, The Dartmouth reports .
